Start Your Day with Stretching

How do you start the day? Some people have their eyes open
and some people stand up and stretch. Also, most of the day you
are studying, you will be sitting at your desk and sitting with your
books for a long time. How long times during the day are you
sitting at desk? The average learning time per day for korean stu-
dents is 7 hours and 50minutes, which is the longest among the
OECD countries. Especially during the test period, it has been
reported that he has been sitting more than 10 hours. If you sit in
one position for a long time, you will feel that your arms and legs
are jerking, and you will get damaged at bone, and your blood
circulation will not be good. If you stretch, your body becomes
clear, your ming is clear. and blood circulation is smooth.
There are few things to watch out for when stretching, though.
First, you need to know exactly when to follow stretch. Some peo-
ple who stretch do not know the correct posture and stretch to
a strange posture. If you do not know exactly how to stretch, it
will not help and your health can get worse. Second, stretching
should be slow. When stretching, there are people who give a
reaction to stretch. Stretching will cause stretch reflexes and will
not help at all. Third, appropriate stimulation should be given.
Stimulation can be a little uncomfortable, but there are people
who give pain to body. These people are also one of those who
are doing the wrong stretch. These bare-bones exercises can be
done easily and in a short time. If you choose your stretch to fit
your body often, your health will improve. Please pay attention to
